KALI organic blend is obtained from four varieties: Leccino (46%), Frantoio (44%), Moraiolo (7%), and Pendolino (3%). Our blend olive trees are between 50 and 150 years old.

EVOO characterized by a medium level of fruitiness with a prevalent hint of fresh almond complemented by delicate spicy sensations; level of polyphenols usually between 550 mg/kg and 700 mg/kg (measured using HPLC method)

Ideal for salads, bruschetta and Mediterranean dishes, seafood crudités and vegetable side dishes
